Fidelitone is seeking a full-time Dispatcher - Last Mile professional for our Taunton, MA operations center. You'll be the critical link connecting our delivery network with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams to keep operations moving smoothly.
About the Role
As a Dispatcher - Last Mile, you'll manage the real-time flow of information across Fidelitone's delivery operations in Taunton. This role demands strong coordination and communication skills as you work between multiple teams—drivers, installers, warehouse personnel, and customers—to ensure every delivery stays on schedule. You'll operate our routing software platform to monitor and direct deliveries, handle problem-solving, and keep all stakeholders informed of delivery status. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential to keeping our last mile operation running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers and installers to guarantee on-time delivery for Fidelitone customers
- Partner with scheduling and warehouse teams to confirm freight is properly staged, delivered, and removed per customer specifications
- Prepare, organize, and manage all documentation required for Fidelitone delivery operations
- Navigate Fidelitone's routing software platform to track deliveries and communicate with field teams
- Resolve operational issues and customer concerns by working closely with drivers and clients
- Document and report any delivery incidents or accidents to the Corporate Safety team and Operations leadership
- Notify customers and clients when deliveries must be cancelled or rescheduled
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs require
