Warehouse Maintenance Specialist

Fidelitone is hiring a full-time Warehouse Maintenance Specialist to join our Lebanon, TN facility operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain and repair our buildings, equipment, and systems—ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently every day.

The Opportunity

The Warehouse Maintenance Specialist position at Fidelitone is a cornerstone role for our Lebanon, TN operations. You'll combine diverse technical skills—from electrical work and HVAC to welding and plumbing—to keep our facility in peak condition. Whether responding to scheduled maintenance, diagnosing system failures, or managing after-hours emergencies, you'll apply independent judgment while adhering strictly to safety and regulatory requirements. Your work directly supports the smooth operation of our entire facility.

Core Duties

• Perform electrical repairs and installations throughout facility systems
• Complete fleet vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Install, repair, and troubleshoot plumbing systems
• Conduct welding and metal fabrication work
• Execute carpentry, painting, and plastering projects
• Perform masonry work on building structures and components
• Service and maintain machinery and industrial equipment
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and sheet metal components
• Safely operate a variety of maintenance equipment
• Inspect, test, and perform minor repairs on fire alarm and security systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, fixtures, and facility systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot facility system problems
• Execute work assignments from service dispatches or maintenance schedules
• Document maintenance work, material requirements, and special instructions
• Assist with moving and repositioning furniture, materials, and equipment
• Perform all work following established safety procedures and regulations
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities when assigned
• Respond to facility emergencies outside standard business hours

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience across multiple maintenance specialties (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, carpentry)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of facility systems, equipment maintenance, and preventative care
• Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions
• Solid commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance needs at any time
• Physical capability to perform lifting, climbing, and work in various facility conditions
• Valid driver's license for fleet vehicle maintenance assignments
