About This Position

This is a fast-paced role within our busy cash and carry environment. As a Warehouse Cash Office Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately completing administrative and cash office tasks. The position offers the opportunity to engage in diverse responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the business.

What You'll Do

• Process daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage inventory records, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
• Handle cash receipts and payments, maintaining strict adherence to company policies
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by management
• Support other administrative tasks as needed in the office environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Familiarity with accounting software is beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
