About the Role

As our evening front desk assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, students, and staff at our Lake Saint Louis location. This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a direct, meaningful impact on our campus experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff; direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
• Answer and transfer phone calls; take accurate messages
• Support office operations with filing, copying, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
• Provide campus information and directions to prospective and current students
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support evening operations
