We are hiring a CDL-A flatbed regional driver for a dedicated, W2 company-driver position running out of Conroe, Montgomery County. You'll operate a flatbed trailer on over-the-road runs, earning 28% of each load with weekly pay that has averaged $2,240 to $2,520. Expect roughly 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week on dedicated line-haul freight, with no driver load or unload and tarping on about 25% of loads.
Key Responsibilities
- Haul dedicated, line-haul freight safely on a flatbed trailer across OTR lanes.
- Secure and tarp loads as required (approximately 25% of freight involves tarping).
- Maintain on-time delivery while following hours-of-service and safety standards.
- Run solo on a typical schedule of 5 to 6 expected days out, with the option to stay out longer if you prefer.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license.
