About the Role

As a VW - Porsche Service Technician at Gossett VW and Porsche, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain Volkswagen and Porsche vehicles to the high standards our customers expect. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bryant, Saline County, ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a busy, fast-moving service department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics on Volkswagen and Porsche vehicles using dealership tools and equipment
• Complete repairs, scheduled maintenance, and service work efficiently and to manufacturer specifications
• Document inspections and recommend additional service when needed
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to keep work flowing smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Prior, verifiable experience as an automotive service technician — experience is required for this role
• Solid mechanical and diagnostic ability, ideally with VW and/or Porsche vehicles
• An energetic, positive, results-driven attitude
• Ambition and the aptitude to succeed in the retail automotive industry
• Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced shop environment
