About the Role
As a Real Estate Showing Partner with The Lash Group at Epique Realty, you will be the on-the-ground presence who walks prospective buyers through homes across the Baldwin and Reed City area. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for someone who thrives on building rapport, knows the local market, and genuinely enjoys making the home-buying journey feel welcoming and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead property showings for buyers throughout Baldwin, Reed City, and the surrounding Lake County region.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, answering questions about listings and neighborhoods with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with agents and team members to keep each client's search moving smoothly.
- Share insight into local market conditions to help buyers make informed decisions.
- Deliver a consistently client-first experience that reflects the standards of The Lash Group and Epique Realty.
Qualifications
- A people-first attitude with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the Baldwin, Reed City, and broader Lake County housing market is a plus.
