VP Marketing, Blue Nile

Signetjewelers is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing for Blue Nile to lead strategic marketing initiatives from our R2Net Operations office in New York, NY. In this full-time role, you'll drive brand growth and market positioning for one of the jewelry industry's most recognized digital platforms.

Role Overview

As VP Marketing for Blue Nile, you will oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This leadership position requires developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, managing cross-functional campaigns, and reporting directly to senior leadership. You'll be responsible for translating business objectives into compelling marketing programs that engage customers and drive revenue growth across all channels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with Blue Nile's business goals and competitive positioning
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing marketing teams across brand, digital, performance, and content functions
• Oversee campaign development, budget allocation, and marketing analytics to optimize ROI
• Manage brand partnerships, customer acquisition strategies, and retention initiatives
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in luxury goods, retail, or e-commerce
• Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing teams and managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Strategic expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
