Your Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and ensure timely scheduling of appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming emails and manage the email inbox efficiently.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required by the executive.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Support executives with document management and record-keeping.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• A flexible work schedule that can accommodate UK shift timings (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
