About the Role
As a Plastic Molding Technician at our Tolleson facility, you'll be central to our injection molding production. This is hands-on, direct work that requires focus and technical capability—the kind of role where your performance is visible and valued every day.
What You'll Do
- Set up and commission new injection molding jobs with proper equipment configuration and parameter validation
- Monitor active production runs to ensure consistent quality and catch issues before they escalate
- Identify and resolve manufacturing process problems to minimize downtime and material waste
- Perform preventive maintenance including equipment inspection, cleaning, and calibration
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily production goals without compromising safety
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all facility safety and operational requirements
