About the Role
As a Truck Driver for local day routes at Core-Mark, you'll operate a commercial vehicle on assigned delivery routes within our service area, returning to our facility at the end of each shift. This full-time position is essential to Core-Mark's mission of efficiently distributing products to customers while maintaining the highest safety and service standards.
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial truck on assigned local routes, completing deliveries within scheduled timeframes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and mechanical reliability
- Safely load, transport, and unload products while following all handling procedures
- Interact professionally with customers and delivery recipients
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Follow all federal, state, and local traffic and safety regulations
- Contribute to a culture of safe driving and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle class
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety
