The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Truck Drivers for our U.S. Xpress - OTR team in Malvern, Arkansas. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn higher pay at 54-60 CPM (based on experience). Solo Over The Road (OTR) drivers can expect an average of 2,000 miles per week and now enjoy a $2,000 sign-on bonus! Choose your home time that works best for you. Top 20% of our OTR Drivers earn $1,565 weekly. Team Drivers receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus (split), with an average of 5,500 miles per week and starting pay at $0.72 - $0.80 CPM. Our teams average annual earnings are $260,000. Top talent is what we're looking for.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight across the United States
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate with dispatch for route updates and instructions

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-5 months of OTR driving experience (solo or team)
• A valid CDL-A license
• A clean driving record
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills for interacting with dispatch and customers
• Physical fitness to perform the duties safely and efficiently
