About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our Over-the-Road (OTR) solo and team driving positions. As a company driver with Point Dedicated, you will enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work schedules. Solo OTR drivers can earn between $90,000 to $100,000 annually, while Team OTR drivers can make up to $120,000 per year (per driver).
Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks across long haul routes from Michigan to Texas and/or Buffalo, New York.
- Average length of haul: 1,600-1,800 miles for solo drivers; 6,000+ miles for team drivers.
- Operate company-provided vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation of goods.
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers as needed during the trip.
Qualifications
- Held CDL-A license for at least one year (experience in OTR driving is preferred).
- A clean driving record, free from major traffic violations or accidents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
