The Opportunity

Shrock Trucking in Fort Smith, Arkansas is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions. This role offers a competitive weekly pay range of $1,400 to $1,800 and includes the operation of reefer units. Drivers will be responsible for hauling coast-to-coast freight with consistent long-haul opportunities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hauling refrigerated cargo across various routes
• Maintaining safe driving practices at all times
• Performing pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Adhering to company policies and federal regulations
• Communicating effectively with dispatch for route updates

Skills & Qualifications

• Held a valid Class A CDL license with appropriate endorsements (reefer)
• Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road driving experience
• Prioritizes safety and follows all company and federal regulations
• Able to work independently in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills for dispatch coordination
