About the Role

U.S. Xpress is seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our Over The Road (OTR) dry van fleet. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive pay structure that includes a weekly minimum of $1,500. Top 20% of drivers earn up to $1,700 per week on average.

Core Duties

• Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
• Drive dry van trucks for an average of 2,000 miles per week solo
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations
• Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness
• Follow proper documentation procedures for load information and delivery confirmations

What You Bring

• A valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
• At least 1-5 months of OTR driving experience
• A clean driving record
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple routes efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, dispatchers, and co-workers
