About This Position

This role as a Class A CDL Company Driver with U.S. Xpress offers opportunities for experienced drivers in over-the-road (OTR) operations using dry van equipment. Solo drivers can expect to average 2,000 miles per week and are eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus. The position guarantees a weekly minimum pay of $1,500, with top 20% earning up to $1,700 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Adhere to delivery schedules and customer requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license with appropriate endorsements (H, X if needed)
• 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not required for company drivers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Aptitude for following safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
