Role Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Company Drivers for our OTR (Over the Road) Dry Van operations at U.S. Xpress - OTR in Katy, Texas. This is a full-time position with guaranteed weekly minimum pay and opportunities to earn up to $1,725 per week.

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver dry van loads across the United States
  • Maintain safe driving practices at all times
  • Follow company policies and procedures for loading and unloading cargo
  • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and any issues encountered during transport
  • Report any vehicle or equipment malfunctions to management immediately

What We're Looking For

  • Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
  • 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not required for company drivers
  • A strong commitment to safety and efficiency in the workplace
  • The ability to work independently and manage long hours on the road

As a CDL-A Company Driver with U.S. Xpress - OTR, you will enjoy competitive pay starting at $1,200 per week up to $1,730 per week. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus of $7,500 for solo drivers and $10,000 for team drivers with a split payment. The average weekly mileage is 2,000 miles for solo drivers and 5,500 miles for team drivers.
