Role Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Company Drivers for our OTR (Over the Road) Dry Van operations at U.S. Xpress - OTR in Katy, Texas. This is a full-time position with guaranteed weekly minimum pay and opportunities to earn up to $1,725 per week.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver dry van loads across the United States
- Maintain safe driving practices at all times
- Follow company policies and procedures for loading and unloading cargo
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and any issues encountered during transport
- Report any vehicle or equipment malfunctions to management immediately
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not required for company drivers
- A strong commitment to safety and efficiency in the workplace
- The ability to work independently and manage long hours on the road

The average weekly mileage is 2,000 miles for solo drivers and 5,500 miles for team drivers.
