Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our Over the Road (OTR) operations in Dry Van positions. This role offers a competitive weekly pay range of $1,200 to $1,730 and includes a sign-on bonus of $7,500. Solo OTR drivers can expect an average of 2,000 miles per week with guaranteed minimums and the potential for top earnings in the top 20% at $1,725 weekly.
Core Duties
- Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
- Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries
- Demonstrate proficiency with Dry Van trailers and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Adhere to strict driving hours and schedules
- Perform pre-trip, mid-trip, and post-trip vehicle inspections
What You Bring
- A valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 1-5 months of OTR driving experience
- A clean driving record free from major violations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
