About the Role

As a Travel Physical Therapist with Aequor Allied, you'll deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients across diverse conditions and age groups. This full-time role provides 40 hours of patient care per week, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting their recovery and functional independence goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs and goals
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and restore function
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and clinical findings in accordance with facility standards and regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
• Adapt quickly to new facility protocols and clinical environments in a travel therapy role

What We're Looking For

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming or reciprocal licensure eligibility
• Professional experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, exercise prescription, and therapeutic intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and healthcare teams
• Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort working in travel assignments
• Professional liability insurance (may be required by facility)
