Position Summary

This full-time travel therapy role places you in an outpatient physical therapy setting where you'll deliver direct patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. The assignment runs for 13 weeks beginning July 27, 2026, with a standard 40-hour work week comprised of 8-hour shifts. As a travel physical therapist, you'll bring your licensure and expertise to support patient recovery while experiencing the Eugene area during your tenure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and therapeutic goals
  • Deliver skilled outpatient physical therapy services using evidence-based techniques and modalities
  • Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical notes to support care coordination
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable regulations and facility protocols
