Travel Physical Therapist – $2,101 per week

About the Role

This travel PT position is a day-shift, 40-hour-per-week contract beginning August 3, 2026, with 8-hour shifts structured to give you work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care. As a traveling Physical Therapist placed by TNAA TotalMed Allied, you will integrate seamlessly into a clinical team in Lexington, MA and contribute from day one.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' functional mobility, strength, and range of motion to establish individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Document patient progress, daily treatment notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams — physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff — to coordinate patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Meet or exceed productivity expectations while upholding the highest standards of patient safety

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments — a key strength for any travel therapist
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Prior travel PT experience is a plus, but motivated new travelers are encouraged to apply
