The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Travel OR Charge Nurse to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to expand their career within the healthcare sector. The position offers full-time employment with no remote option available.

• Location: Buckfield, Maine, Maine
• Shifts Available: Days and Nights
• PAY: Up to $1,657–$2,297 gross pay per week; equivalent to $41.44–$57.43 per hour
• Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities

The Travel OR Charge Nurse will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with the setup and management of surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Maintaining patient safety and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff during operations.
• Managing inventory and supplies within the OR to ensure readiness for procedures.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel OR Charge Nurse who possesses the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an operating room setting, preferably in charge nurse or similar role.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
