The Opportunity
Vital to our mission-driven approach and industry-leading position in healthcare safety and sustainable waste management is your role as a Transportation Supervisor. You will manage logistics that directly support frontline healthcare workers on the first shift at our brand new Daniels Plant in Salt Lake City, Utah.
What You'll Do
- Oversee transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and waste management services
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize logistics processes for efficiency and safety
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation and waste management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare facilities and suppliers
- Monitor and report on transportation metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation management within the healthcare industry
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to medical waste transport and disposal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
