Key Responsibilities
- Provide housing-focused, person-centered case management for individuals experiencing homelessness at The Lewis Center.
- Partner directly with participants to develop and maintain an Individualized Housing Plan tailored to their circumstances.
- Offer ongoing guidance, encouragement, and practical support to help participants reach their personal housing goals.
- Advocate on behalf of participants and champion the broader mission of supporting people in need.
- Maintain a low-barrier, welcoming approach that respects each participant's autonomy and dignity.
Qualifications
- Genuine commitment to serving individuals experiencing homelessness with empathy and respect.
- Experience or strong interest in case management, social services, or housing advocacy.
- Ability to collaborate with participants to set realistic, person-centered goals.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at The Lewis Center in Mangonia Park, Palm Beach County.
