Join Talon Recruiting's partner company as a Territory Sales Manager in Kern County, California. This is a full-time outside sales position where you'll drive business development and manage a complete sales territory for a growing construction and material handling equipment dealer serving the Kern County market.
About the Role
As Territory Sales Manager for Kern County, you'll own the sales strategy and revenue growth across your geographic territory. You'll develop new client relationships, manage equipment rentals, and coordinate maintenance services while representing the company's equipment line to contractors, fleet operators, and construction companies throughout Kern County. This is a hands-on position combining direct sales activities with territory management and customer relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute territory sales plans to drive revenue growth in Kern County
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and material handling sectors
- Manage rental agreements and oversee equipment delivery and customer support
