About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Autism Anglia. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting autistic adults and individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their desired potential within our Supported Living service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team members
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for residents
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all individuals in your care
- Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and families
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
What We're Looking For
- A strong passion for supporting autistic adults and individuals with learning disabilities
- Experienced in providing care services to this demographic
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement support plans
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
