Role Overview

Join Intuit as a Tax Representative in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit and community engagement to assist customers in navigating their tax needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with tax preparation, filing, and related inquiries.
• Evaluate client’s financial situations and recommend appropriate tax solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant advice.
• Build strong relationships with customers and contribute positively to the community through various engagement activities.

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• A valid tax preparer license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe is preferred.
