Requirements
- Substantial experience in federal tax advisory roles serving real estate owners and operators
- Demonstrated expertise in Subchapter K, partnership taxation, and REIT structures
- Deep knowledge of partnership allocation methodologies and real estate tax regulations
- Active CPA license or equivalent professional tax credential
