Role Overview

We are currently seeking multiple Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a permanent part-time basis in Taree. These roles involve working across our supported accommodation services providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with disabilities and special needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
• Promote independence and encourage the development of life skills in a safe and supportive environment
• Support clients to engage in social activities and community integration
• Document client progress and report any concerns or changes to the team
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities
