About This Position
The Benevolent Society is seeking a dedicated Aged Care Support Worker with strong Russian language skills to join our team in the heart of Sydney. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide compassionate and professional support to elderly residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance
- Engaging in social activities to promote mental well-being and community involvement
- Providing companionship and emotional support to ensure the comfort of our residents
- Adhering to strict health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for all
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker with:
- Strong Russian language skills
- A genuine passion for helping the elderly community
- Previous experience in aged care or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory

- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
