About the Role

This manager-level role sits within our Front Office Strategy Consulting practice, where you'll combine strategic analysis with hands-on marketing and commercial strategy development. You'll lead client engagements that require deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and commercial opportunity, translating insights into actionable go-to-market strategies and marketing plans.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer behavior patterns, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities
• Develop targeted marketing strategies and commercial roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
• Lead cross-functional strategy engagements, managing timelines, teams, and deliverables
• Synthesize customer research, market data, and business intelligence into strategic recommendations
• Present strategic findings and commercial recommendations to client executives and leadership teams
• Build and mentor junior consultants, fostering strategic thinking and client service excellence
• Collaborate with partners across customer management and commercial strategy to deliver integrated solutions

What We're Looking For

• Manager-level experience in marketing strategy, commercial strategy, or strategy consulting
• Proven track record leading complex strategic projects and managing client relationships
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate customer insights into strategic direction
• Experience developing and presenting marketing strategies and commercial plans to senior audiences
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Background in management consulting, strategy consulting, or related analytical business roles
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
