The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team at Australian Naval Infrastructure (ANI) in Adelaide CBD. As ANI is responsible for designing, constructing, and managing the shipyard infrastructure, including the new Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies to support ANI's projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including government agencies, industry partners, and local communities
- Facilitate regular communication and information sharing sessions to ensure transparency and trust
- Conduct community consultations and gather feedback to inform project decisions
- Prepare reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Australian citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
