AI Engagement Manager - Instacart - Anywhere in the World
The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Engagement Manager to join our Enterprise AI Pod at Instacart. This role is pivotal in driving successful AI engagements with B2B retail and CPG partners, ensuring that complex, multi-stakeholder projects move forward smoothly. As the operational backbone of these engagements, you will be responsible for managing partner relationships from discovery through workflow adoption, holding your team accountable to delivery, and serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex AI engagements with B2B retail and CPG partners
- Ensure successful onboarding of new partners into the AI engagement process
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners
- Drive partner adoption of AI workflows and ensure value realization
- Hold your team accountable for delivery timelines and milestones
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive long-term success
Who We're Looking For
