About the Role
As a Staffing Coordinator – Weekend, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment workflow, ensuring every candidate receives excellent service and every hiring requirement is met on schedule. You'll coordinate activities that connect job seekers with roles that fit their skills and aspirations while supporting Dungarvin's staffing goals in Long Beach and the surrounding region.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate scheduling, interviews, and job placement follow-ups to keep our pipeline moving smoothly
- Prepare and distribute job postings across multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants
- Maintain accurate candidate records and staffing databases to track progress and outcomes
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to confirm placements and resolve questions
- Screen resumes and applications to identify promising matches for open positions
- Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative coordination for newly placed staff
- Support compliance and recordkeeping requirements for all staffing activities
