What You'll Do
- Manage raster, vector, and tabular data sets using GIS platforms and analytical tools
- Analyze geographic and spatial data to solve operational, environmental, and regulatory challenges
- Interpret complex land descriptions, legal documents, and survey information for accurate spatial representation
- Integrate diverse data sources while maintaining established data management protocols and documentation standards
- Create high-quality maps and graphics for technical reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
- Establish and enforce GIS data standards, quality assurance procedures, and process documentation
- Collaborate with Land, Regulatory, Environmental, and Operations teams to deliver timely geospatial support
What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software platforms and spatial analysis methodologies
- Strong technical skills working with raster, vector, and relational database formats
- Proven ability to interpret and work with land surveys, legal descriptions, and regulatory documentation
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain spatial concepts and GIS findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional experience supporting cross-functional teams in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
- Demonstrated commitment to data quality, process documentation, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, geography, geology, surveying, or related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered
