About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work as a commissioned Notary Public while establishing your own mobile notary business. You'll serve clients who need professional document signing services, including notarizations, loan signings, and other authorized notarial acts. The role combines independence with structured guidance—you'll receive training and support as you establish yourself in this growing field.

What You'll Do

• Conduct authorized notarial acts including document signings, identity verification, and loan signings for individual and commercial clients
• Travel to client locations throughout Omaha and Douglas County to provide convenient, mobile notary services
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all notarial acts in compliance with Nebraska state regulations
• Build and manage your client base while delivering reliable, professional service
• Verify client identities and ensure all documents are properly executed according to state law
• Communicate with clients to understand their notarization needs and ensure satisfaction
