Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents with strict attention to accuracy and completeness
- Conduct mobile notarizations at client locations throughout Los Angeles County
- Consult with clients to understand their document needs and explain requirements clearly
- Maintain detailed records of all notarizations and document work
- Schedule appointments and manage efficient travel between multiple client sites
- Ensure all documentation complies with California legal standards and notary regulations
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity in every interaction
