You'll travel to homes, offices, and workplaces to meet people where they are, bringing efficiency and reliability directly to them. This role is ideal for someone who values client relationships, attention to detail, and professional independence.
What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate legal documents including affidavits, powers of attorney, notarized letters, and related paperwork
- Perform notarization services in compliance with California state regulations and best practices
- Manage mobile schedules, coordinating with clients to arrive promptly at their locations
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before notarization
- Maintain organized records of all services provided and client interactions
- Build strong client relationships by providing professional, courteous service
- Communicate clearly with diverse clients, explaining document purposes and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current California notary public commission (required)
- Strong understanding of legal documents and notarization requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Oakland and Alameda County
