Position Summary

Environmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Biologist/Project Manager to join our Natural Resources Team! The Senior Biologist/Project Manager will develop and lead Natural Resources projects across the Nation. They will also support and lead field surveys including, but not limited to, habitat assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage complex natural resources projects
  • Lead and coordinate field surveys and data collection efforts
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements
  • Provide project management support to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive project solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in natural resources or related field
  • Experience leading and managing projects, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field; Master’s preferred
