The Opportunity
CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Project Manager to join our team. As one of the largest building service contractors in the United States, we offer comprehensive janitorial and facility engineering services to commercial businesses across the country. This role will be based in Arizona and requires full-time commitment with no remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift projects ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders during night shifts
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Provide support for emergency situations as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within the facilities or construction industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Able to work flexible night shift hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
