The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of premium residential projects in Adyar, Chennai. As the Project Head, you will own the complete project lifecycle from planning to handover, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Owning the entire project lifecycle from planning to handover
• Ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of residential projects
• Managing timelines and budgets effectively
• Coordinating with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Overseeing project compliance with local regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in real estate or construction industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing large-scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
