About This Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Boogertown, North Carolina. The position is full-time and non-remote for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers a competitive pay range of $43-$53 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Support students by providing speech-language therapy services in a school-based setting.
- Work closely with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Evaluate and assess student needs, communicating findings to parents and staff.
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consultation as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and progress made by students.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team environment.
