About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. This full-time position is based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech-language services to elementary-aged students with various communication needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of student communication skills
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal support for students
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a licensed or eligible SLP with experience working with elementary-aged students. A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, along with current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
