The position is full-time and non-remote for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers a competitive pay range of $43-$53 per hour. Responsibilities Support students by providing speech-language therapy services in a school-based setting. Work closely with educators and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Evaluate and assess student needs, communicating findings to parents and staff. Provide direct therapy sessions and consultation as needed. Maintain accurate records of services provided and progress made by students. What We're Looking For A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team environment.
