About the Role

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time position in Aurora, Illinois. This role involves providing specialized therapy services to support students with speech and language needs.

Core Duties

• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in children within the educational setting.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions for 40 hours per week, with shifts of 8 hours each day.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.

What You Bring

• A fully credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist license in Illinois.
• Experience working within an educational environment preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and treat speech-language disorders effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
