Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Physical Therapist to join our team in Jonesboro, GA. What You'll Do

• Evaluate students with physical disabilities or developmental delays to identify specific needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' motor skills, coordination, balance, and overall functional abilities.
• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.
• Provide direct therapy services in various settings including classrooms, gymnasiums, and playgrounds as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia is required.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with physical disabilities or developmental delays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans that meet individual student needs.
