Position Summary
We are currently seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Morgan Hill, California. This full-time position offers a competitive pay package of $2,452 per week and requires a commitment to 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts on days.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients for physical therapy needs in skilled nursing facilities
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred but not required
