Role Overview

We are currently seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute your expertise while experiencing the vibrant community of Oakbrook Terrace.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
• Promote patient independence and improve overall quality of life through physical therapy interventions

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably within an acute care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred
