About the Role
Join UZB FREIGHT INC as a Solo 1099 OTR CDL-A driver running Tanker and HazMat freight out of Providence, Providence County. This full-time, over-the-road position pays $0.75 per mile for every mile driven, with a guaranteed minimum of 3,000 miles each week and a $2,000 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard. You'll handle primarily full truckload (FTL) runs while enjoying flexible home time and the independence of contract driving.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport Tanker and HazMat loads over the road as a solo CDL-A operator
- Complete mostly full truckload (FTL) hauls on consistent, mileage-rich routes
- Maintain compliance with all DOT, Tanker, and HazMat safety regulations
- Coordinate with experienced, US-based 24/7 dispatch to keep freight moving
- Manage extra stops and layovers as assigned, with added compensation for each
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license in good standing
- Active Tanker and HazMat endorsements
- Experience and comfort with solo over-the-road (OTR) driving
- Willingness to operate as a 1099 independent contractor
- Strong commitment to safety and on-time delivery
Pay & Driver Perks
- $0.75 CPM on all miles — loaded and empty
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
