About the Role
As a Small Cell Technician, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot small cell wireless equipment that supports telecommunications infrastructure across our service region. You'll work with specialized equipment, collaborate with experienced teams, and ensure systems operate reliably and safely in the field.
What You'll Do
- Install small cell equipment on poles, buildings, and approved structures
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using test tools and technical procedures
- Test system functionality and document results accurately
- Follow safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with network operators and construction crews to meet project schedules
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and equipment status
What We're Looking For
